If you find your team in the list, this will help you to use the previous information from the team and also information from the players in future registrations. Using previous data will spare time in this process.

Your team may already have participated in a BrusselsNations or NationsLeague competition.

If your team has never participated in a BrusselsNations or NationsLeague competition, please continue to the next step.

PARTICIPATION

Accommodation

Decisions on the accommodation for the teams are always defined to facilitate their logistic details, taking into consideration age groups vs facilities, total number of teams from the same team, number of persons per team, type of room distribution, and other specific details.

Choose the participation option for your team. For teams with accommodation, we will let you know which accommodation your team will stay, two months before the tournament. Bookings will be done on a first come first serve basis, depending on the date of the first received deposit.
1. Category School Accommodation Only Players and Staff are allowed to stay at the school. One classroom per team.
2. Category Hotel Accommodation Accommodation booked through BrusselsNations. Availability and details after we validate this registration.
3. Category Local Teams - Fully Booked Teams will be put on the waiting list and confirmed after a first deposit. Only for teams in a radius of 70km from the tournament.

READY TO START YOUR BRUSSELSNATIONS JOURNEY?

Let's do it! These are the 4 steps to apply:

  1. Fill the required information in the application form. We will analyse your request and contact you back.

  2. You will receive a preliminary budget according to your request. This email includes information on the next step – how to pay the registration fee (in order to book your place in the tournament).

  3. Follow the information about how to process the first payment to book your place in the tournament. Process applications can take up to 48 hours during weekdays. No emails are sent during the weekends. Note: If your payment is registered on a Friday, you will receive a confirmation email in the next week.

  4. Once the payment has been confirmed on our end you will receive a confirmation of your registration. Note: Your payment might reach us faster than we are able to confirm it back to you via email.

After these four steps, your registration to the BrusselsNations is completed!
